  To register for ERDKUNDE, please follow these steps (registrations are only required for submissions):

  1. 1.Go to the registration page: Open the ERDKUNDE registration page here.
  2. 2.Select 'Sign in with ORCID': On the registration page, you will find the option 'Sign in with ORCID'.
  3. 3.Redirect to ORCID: You will be redirected to the ORCID page.
     > Here, you need to enter your ORCID login details (email and password) and sign in.
     > Alternatively: Select ‘Sign in through my institution'.
     > If you do not have an ORCID ID yet, you can create one for free on the ORCID website.
  4. 4.Grant access permission: After signing in to ORCID, you will be asked to grant the journal ERDKUNDE or the Open Journal Systems (OJS) access to your ORCID data. Click on "Authorize" to continue.
  5. 5.Return to ERDKUNDE and account creation: After authorization, you will be redirected back to the journal (OJS system). A new user account linked to your ORCID ID will be automatically created for you.
  6. 6.Complete your profile: You may be asked to add additional information to your user profile, such as your name, email address, and affiliation. Fill in the required fields and save the information.
  7. 7.Done!: You are now registered in ERDKUNDE and can use the system with your ORCID ID.
